Andy has been instumental in helping us get our pool back on track. After a strange string of weather, our pool went cloudy and we could not get it to clear. We took a water sample in and had it analyzed. Andy went over what was wrong and what we needed to do to fix it. Following his instructions, things went great! We then took another sample in and was very close to having things where they should be, but needed a little more work. All of this involved draining the pool 1/2 way as we were "Chemical Locked" so to speak. We are in the process now of another smaller drain, but are so excited and happy as our water is crystal clear! The big thing here is that not once did Andy pressure us to buy anything, but simply told us what we needed and what to do. That made us feel so comfortable about coming in that we bought everything we needed there - plus things we didn't need! Loving that bright yellow floating mat! ...... I would highly recommend Bell Pool for everything you need....and things you dont lololol....! Thank you Andy!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I can't say enough good things about Bell Pools and everyone on staff there! They put in a "fall pool" for us in November 2023. 15 days from start to finish! Jim Bell was on top of this project and made sure all the contractors showed up to do their part. Our concrete pool deck was poured right away in March 2024 as soon as it warmed up. Whenever I text, Trevor has answered all my questions about taking care of the pool and Andy has ensured that I am putting the right amount of chemicals in the pool weekly. Huge thanks to Bell Pools for making our vision become reality and for their excellent customer service.

This is the 3rd pool we have had built—and by far the best experience! Jim, Austin, all of the workers, are great. Responsive, professional and efficient. Pool was completed quickly right before the tornado which damaged the pool. The Bell guys came out the day after the tornado to help me, to assess damage and then replaced liner within a couple of weeks. They are the BEST!
